Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall editorial content on one or more platforms produced by WRC.
  • •Serve as one of the primary Line Producers for assigned daily newscasts.
  • •Work with Content Producers and the production team to select stories and ensure smooth, seamless productions.
  • •Coordinate with Executive Producer and Assignment Editor to deliver complete local news coverage.
  • •Write, produce, edit video, gather content, and manage a pool of Content Producers; incorporate social/digital/streaming content and cross-platform delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years producing a daily newscast.
