Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and production plans.
  • •Coach, counsel, discipline, and appraise manufacturing staff performance while communicating job expectations.
  • •Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, control points, equipment, personnel, and resources; implement cost reductions and resolve malfunctions.
  • •Schedule and assign personnel, prioritize work, monitor progress, revise schedules, and report shift production summaries.
  • •Ensure safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on control points/equipment and supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment, and workflows in the water supply and distribution industry.
  • •Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee production teams and ensure operational efficiency.
  • •Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills required to succeed in the role.
