Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare materials for demand planning and business update meetings to address critical supply and demand issues for decisions.
  • •Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility by improving and stabilizing Return to Forecast (RTF) logic.
  • •Analyze supply chain problems by managing mid- to long-term demand and resources to establish optimal supply.
  • •Perform supply management using country/region lead times to prevent and manage aging stock with the sales team.
  • •Develop and implement automation solutions and use data analytics to streamline processes, improve forecasting models, and optimize inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •+3 years of experience in supply chain management and experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management or related study (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • •Experience with SAP and inventory planning up to 30 weeks out.
  • •Desirable: experience with data analysis, machine learning, or process automation, and comfort leveraging LLM tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance supply chain processes.
