Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards and BEPs, including QA/QC checklists and CDE folder structures aligned to ISO 19650 and client requirements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capability partners, track progress against scope/schedule/LOD/IO, and drive timely corrections.
  • •Conduct QA reviews, visually inspect models, manage clash/coordination efforts, triage deficiencies, and escalate systemic issues.
  • •Step in to produce/correct model content directly using Revit across disciplines and create templates/smart-object content to reduce rework.
  • •Set up and coordinate shared coordinates and model lifecycle integration (3D/4D/5D), run reporting on BIM KPIs and compliance metrics, and lead automation roadmaps (Dynamo/Revit API).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree + 8 years, or HS diploma + 10 years in BIM/digital delivery.
  • •2+ years experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work, or equivalent demonstrated experience/education.
  • •Demonstrated ability to coordinate, oversee, and perform QA on work produced by offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams and hold remote teams accountable.
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills to step in and produce or correct model content across disciplines.
  • •Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, plus strong knowledge of industry BIM standards and BEP/QA-QC frameworks (ISO 19650, NBIMs/NCIS, AIA, BIMForum).
