Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage traffic engineering tasks on projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
•Prepare and review traffic studies, signal timing, ITS design, and pavement markings plans; coordinate with regulators and stakeholders
•Develop technical reports with conclusions and recommendations and present data visually
•Support project management activities and contribute to client communications and coordination
•Mentor junior staff and support the Lead Traffic Engineer in project execution

Salary: USD 73,100 - 125,410 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline; EI/EIT/FE designation
•3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and traffic design
•Knowledge of traffic engineering principles, practices, process, and design/build related to traffic control equipment, capacity and operational analysis, project management, and related communications systems
•Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other applicable design software (preferred); knowledge of HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, ArcGIS (preferred)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required)
