Job Summary

Provide technical and process engineering support to manufacturing and technical teams for development and commercialization of new products. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production/quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Own and coordinate production trials, analyze quality/output/waste data, support quality dispositioning, and translate trial/validation results into specifications. Also provide customer and sales support for troubleshooting and product enhancements while supporting EHS and maintenance improvements.

•Support technical and manufacturing departments on projects for development and commercialization of new products.
•Lead troubleshooting and change related to production/process problems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Own and coordinate production trials; write, perform, analyze, and report on trials, scale-ups, and validations for manufacturing processes.
•Analyze trial quality/output/waste to determine effectiveness and resolve quality issues, including dispositions for quarantined product.
•Lead continuous improvement teams and implement process improvements across operations, including EHS support for the facility.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
