Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Flood Risk Assessment projects, coordinating inputs from multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Manage client relationships and act as a key interface across planning, design and environmental teams.
  • •Prepare and review technical deliverables including FRA, Drainage Strategies, Water EIA inputs and supporting documents for planning and permitting.
  • •Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to successful proposals.
  • •Manage project budgets, programmes and quality, and provide technical guidance and oversight for junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience producing Flood Risk Assessments and related skills such as flood modelling, drainage strategy development or Water EIA.
  • •Experience delivering technical inputs for planning and permitting, ideally including DCO examinations or major infrastructure planning.
  • •A track record of successful delivery of complex, high profile projects.
  • •Strong understanding of the UK regulatory context for flood risk planning.
  • •A relevant degree in environmental, geographical, science or engineering disciplines.
