•Provide expertise to the Professional Services team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and drive project success.
•Lead or support the engagement lifecycle, ensuring customer success and delivering high-quality outcomes.
•Act as an escalation point for the project team and manage multiple strategic customers to build new references and contribute to business growth.
