Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy and roadmap for internal tools and platforms that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize manual operational processes across the organization.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Operations) to build scalable internal capabilities.
  • •Build internal platforms, workflow automation, administrative tools, AI-enabled experiences, and integrations used across multiple teams.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies like AI and automation, and measure success via adoption, process efficiency, time savings, and employee experience.
