Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop firmware IP subsystems for SSD products to meet performance, endurance, capacity, functionality, quality, and reliability requirements.
  • •Execute firmware development, integration, bench testing, debugging, and validation for SSD controllers and storage products.
  • •Perform root cause analysis, failure triage, and defect isolation; document findings and support corrective actions.
  • •Develop and maintain firmware unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure quality and performance goals across the product lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, validation, system, and product engineering teams to resolve complex issues; analyze firmware behavior to improve performance, reduce latency and power consumption, and simplify SoC complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Over 3 years of relevant experience in firmware or embedded systems development using C.
  • •Experience with embedded firmware development in C and other high-level languages (e.g., Python).
  • •Strong firmware debugging, issue isolation, code analysis, root-cause investigation, and validation skills.
  • •Knowledge of low-level software development, including assembly language programming.
