Job Summary

Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise solutions across project phases, leading technical delivery within the Service module. Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions. Oversee CRM customization (entities, attributes, rules, workflows, plugins), lead integration efforts via C# Web APIs and REST services, and manage deployment, version control, migrations, and testing practices for high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise solutions for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution within the Service module.
•Manage and mentor technical teams, driving accountability, coding standards, and best practices.
•Translate requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, and client stakeholders.
•Oversee Dynamics 365 CRM customization, including entities, attributes, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
•Provide technical direction for API development and system integrations using C# Web APIs and RESTful services, and manage deployment/configuration via CI/CD and Jenkins.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on-premise.
•Hands-on experience developing C#/.NET Web Services and console applications, and/or implementing SSIS packages.
•Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
•Experience designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module and familiarity with Dynamics Service/Customer Service modules.
•Good knowledge of Service Management OOTB features and experience with Agile delivery; Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
