Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all HR functions for a single operations facility with less than 200 employees, including manufacturing and salaried/office employees.
  • •Act as a safety leader and support WCOM initiatives, including leading the T&E pillar.
  • •Handle employee inquiries and issues, including escalations, investigations, discipline, and termination; partner with business leaders.
  • •Ensure delivery of annual trainings including union avoidance, anti-harassment, and core values.
  • •Provide guidance on performance coaching, performance improvement plans, individual development plans, succession planning, and workforce planning.
