Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead a part-time retail sales team by delivering standout customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion a positive store culture, assist across departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom operations), and lead by example on the sales floor to achieve individual and team goals. Manage day-to-day team activities, support opening/closing and cash handling, and act as a brand ambassador while following asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
