Job Summary

Monitor food safety and quality assurance across the unit and associated outlets. Supervise and control production/operation activities, maintain safety and quality records, and coordinate with the Site Manager to resolve issues. Train and evaluate quality control staff, oversee laboratory sampling activities and pest control, investigate customer complaints, and support hygiene inspections and supplier/outlet follow-ups. Maintain 24/7 coverage planning for food safety activities and step in as Site Manager during delegation.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor food safety and quality assurance activities in the department and maintain all related records.
•Supervise/control production/operation activities and coordinate with the Site Manager on food safety and quality issues.
•Coordinate with different sections using daily hygiene reports and investigate customer complaints with corrective actions.
•Oversee pest control activities by the contractor, ensure laboratory sampling activities are conducted regularly, and conduct hygiene inspections of supplier premises and outlets.
•Provide training for quality control staff and food handlers (including refresher and on-job training), manage 24/7 coverage via rosters, and act as Site Manager during absence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•4–6 years of experience in a quality control/food safety function.
•Preferably have working experience with laundry activities.
•Good command of English.
•Strong reporting/presentation skills and auditing/inspection skills.
