Job Summary

Lead the development of high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support. Develop modeling solutions, conduct trade studies, and evaluate system performance while guiding junior team members. Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to deliver simulations across the product lifecycle, from concept to fielded systems, in an onsite Tucson environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support.
•Develop and implement modeling solutions, and conduct trade studies evaluating system and subsystem performance.
•Work in a team environment, providing guidance and direction to other team members.
•Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule.
•Work on multiple projects, determining approaches and solutions and providing development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from concept to fielded product.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets.
•Experience developing or simulating physical systems.
•Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions.
•Experience as a Functional and/or Technical lead within an engineering environment.
