Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead GTM for Data 360 in EMEA, driving performance across a specialized sales team and scaling revenue through influence with Core, Marketing, Tableau, and other sellers.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Salesforce teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Employee Success, Recruiting) to maximize resources and influence product roadmap using customer and internal feedback.
  • •Jointly own long-term growth strategy for Data 360, identifying vertical opportunities, expanding business channels, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing Data 360 team, including recruitment, development, coaching, and performance management while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • •Lead internal enablement sessions and represent the organization at company events, conferences, and leadership forums as a credible spokesperson.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics, with strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences across EMEA.
  • •Proven experience leading second- or third-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels and exceeding revenue targets.
  • •Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • •Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster cultural change, and implement continuous improvements in high-growth environments.
  • •Strong operational and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making; degree or equivalent relevant experience.
