Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end execution of assigned retail, showroom, and workplace construction projects across the Americas, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with external general contractors, architects, and local consultants to secure permits, manage bids, and oversee on-site construction progress.
•Track and manage CapEx budgets, performing value engineering and detailed cost control to maximize efficiency and resource allocation.
•Partner with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and IT teams to ensure seamless project handovers and operational readiness.
•Maintain and update project management dashboards and tools, providing transparent status updates and data-driven insights to leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years of construction management, retail development, architecture, or real estate project execution experience.
•Hands-on experience managing retail rollouts, showroom buildouts, or complex tenant improvements.
•Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, material procurement, permitting processes, and local building codes across key Americas markets.
•Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and CapEx budgets with analytical cost and scheduling optimization.
•Excellent collaboration skills building partnerships with general contractors, designers, and cross-functional teams.
