Job Summary

Design and develop Generative AI solutions using agentic systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures. Build scalable, reliable pipelines, optimize models, and manage unstructured data while monitoring the full AI lifecycle in production. Partner with teams to implement and deploy advanced foundation-model applications, including autonomous agents and retrieval-augmented workflows, with a strong focus on reliability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop Generative AI solutions based on agentic systems, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
•Implement scalable, reliable GenAI pipelines and manage unstructured data processing.
•Optimize models and engineering approaches for production readiness.
•Manage monitoring across the AI lifecycle in production, including bias and hallucination monitoring.
•Deploy and support AI systems, ensuring stable operation in production environments.

Key Requirements

•At least 3-4 years of experience in Deep Learning and Generative AI.
•Experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents.
•Proficiency in LLM engineering, including advanced tuning and prompt engineering for LLMs and multimodal models.
•Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with vector databases.
•Ability to create and operate scalable GenAI pipelines and manage the AI system lifecycle in production (LLMOps, monitoring bias/hallucinations, deployment).
