  • •Schnelle Fehlersuche und eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Lösungen im Kundendienst
  • •Dokumentation des Serviceeinsatzes und Unterstützung effizienter Abläufe im Außendienst
  • •Einbringen von Verbesserungsideen aus dem Servicealltag zur Optimierung des Reparaturservices
  • •Teilnahme an Schulungen, Teammeetings und Einsätzen beim Kunden, um Fachwissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern

Key Requirements

  • •Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrofachbereich, zum Beispiel als Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroinstallateur oder Energieelektroniker
  • •Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise im technischen Service
  • •Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein respektvoller Umgang
  • •Wohnsitz im Einsatzgebiet sowie Bereitschaft für den Außendienst inklusive Führerschein Klasse B
