Key Responsibilities

•Own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered shell data center sites from LOI through construction handoff to operations.
•Architect and maintain the stage-gate framework tracking each site from negotiation through utility lock, lease execution, and BoP construction.
•Build and run tooling, trackers, and data pipelines for real-time visibility into schedule, cost, risk, and design changes across 20+ concurrent projects and multiple campuses.
•Coordinate with third-party developers, internal construction, utilities, legal, and finance to surface blockers early and keep deal-to-power timelines under six months.
•Hand off signed sites to delivery and operations teams with complete documentation and no surprises after mobilization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually
