Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop multi-step agentic AI workflows (planning, tool use, retrieval, structured orchestration) to automate Finance processes.
  • •Own telemetry for Finance AI usage, cost, engagement, and ROI reporting from source extraction to dashboards.
  • •Help design the experience layer for how Finance users interact with AI systems, including interfaces and feedback loops.
  • •Validate and refine repeatable patterns to ensure AI outputs are explainable, auditable, reconciled, and suitable for Finance decision-making with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • •Prototype prioritized Finance use cases and partner with AI SDLC and platform engineering to reach production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,200 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •1–3 years building with LLMs (or an exceptional new-grad record with hands-on agent projects).
  • •Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks, with a portfolio explaining your designs.
  • •Working Python for automation, API integration, and prototyping.
  • •Basic SQL for querying data, with Finance-grade rigor developed in seat.
