Key Responsibilities

•Own the UI/UX design process from discovery through polished execution.
•Design interfaces that turn transcripts, audio, and AI-generated scoring into clear, trustworthy insights.
•Create rep workflows that help users retry exact moments they struggled with, based on AI-identified skill gaps.
•Craft interaction patterns for agentic workflows, including AI-suggested next actions, simulations, and coaching guidance.
•Conduct user research and usability testing with SDRs, AEs, managers, and enablement leaders to iterate.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio covering interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end product thinking.

•Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
•Ability to work in-person in San Francisco, 5 days/week.
