Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business development efforts for WSP’s environmental services practice.
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and expand market share through strategic account management and growth initiatives.
  • •Own sales planning and pursuit management to drive revenue growth for environmental consulting services including permitting, compliance, remediation, due diligence, sustainability, environmental planning, and strategic advisory.
  • •Collaborate across WSP business lines to identify, develop, and win multidisciplinary projects spanning environmental, engineering, infrastructure, energy, transportation, and water resources services.
  • •Lead proposal development, executive presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations, while building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline to support forecasting and performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering, natural resources, business administration, or a closely related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in environmental consulting, business development, client management, or related professional services.
  • •Demonstrated success developing client relationships, generating sales, and growing environmental consulting revenues.
  • •Proven experience managing strategic accounts and leading complex pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • •Strong understanding of environmental permitting, compliance, remediation, due diligence, sustainability, environmental planning, or related consulting services.
