Area Industrial Engineer

Lead labor management and continuous process improvement across multiple distribution centers, driving productivity and reducing operating costs across a regional network. Provide project management leadership for Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and enhancements, partner with DC leaders to address inefficiencies, and lead solution design with cost-benefit analysis. Ensure consistent adoption of WMS capabilities, best methods, and operational practices, while overseeing training for analysts and coordinating with the LMS Manager to close performance gaps.
