Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain end-to-end production schedules for silicon wafers, interposers, and test/assembly from engineering builds through mass production.
  • •Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, and internal stakeholders to ensure production milestones and quality goals are met.
  • •Partner with test engineering to plan ATE test program development, bring-up planning, and bench validation hardware readiness.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and scheduling of key silicon components to optimize time-to-market and support mass production ramp.
  • •Build and maintain demand forecasts and dashboards for schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory status, and delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or operations within the semiconductor industry.
  • •Deep understanding of the silicon lifecycle, including tape-out, fabrication, packaging, test, bring-up, and validation.
  • •Proven experience working with foundries and OSATs to deliver production milestones.
  • •Strong program management and organizational skills for managing complex timelines and interdependencies across teams.
