Hands-on AVP-level QA lead building end-to-end test automation across front-end, back-end, API and ETL/data migration tests. Drives STLC, test strategy, and regression testing in Agile, coordinating with product and development teams to ensure high-quality, defect-free releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Experience in Agile work culture and hands-on testing across the full lifecycle.
•Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases and scripts based on requirements and functional specs.
•Coordinate with Product Owners and Developers to define testing scope, objectives and timelines.
•Design and maintain test environments, including test data creation and management.
•Monitor and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure.

Key Requirements

•Experience in functional, database/backend testing, mobile/iPad testing, API testing, ETL / data migration testing.
•Experience in automation testing / scripting, ideally BDD/Cucumber/Playwright using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Allure report framework or any other relevant report framework
•Jenkins setup, configuration, troubleshooting and scheduling jobs
•Adept at CI/CD integration for test automation scripts and shift-left
