Rotary Wing Phase Dock Manager

Oversee execution of phase and progressive inspections for rotary-wing aircraft at the phase dock. Manage aircraft flow, dock manning, and task sequencing to meet contractual phase-cycle turn times, including pre-induction planning and parts/tooling readiness. Coordinate with maintenance teams and Quality Assurance for inspections, functional/operational checks, and documentation in IMDS, tracking discrepancies and over-and-above work. Drive process improvements to reduce flow days while maintaining airworthiness standards.
