Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build APIs that are high-performance, secure, and well-documented to integrate with AI-driven applications.
  • •Develop schemas and manage diverse data systems (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs) for scalable performance.
  • •Diagnose and optimize system bottlenecks to ensure high availability and low-latency workloads.
  • •Leverage AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices to deploy production-grade systems at scale.
  • •Collaborate with ML researchers, engineers, and scientists to integrate data pipelines and cloud infrastructure into scientific workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8-15 years of engineering experience building and deploying large-scale systems in production; strong in scalable backend system design
  • •Full stack development experience across the stack: React, TypeScript, Monorepos (Nx), Tailwind, FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL, Python, Pydantic
  • •Experience with ORMs and web services for CRUD (SQLAlchemy, SQLModel, FastAPI, Django)
  • •Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, Dagster)
  • •Familiarity with Python for Science and ML libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy, jax, pytorch)
