Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end global demand generation strategy and outcomes, driving top-of-funnel growth and downstream conversion to revenue.
•Set, track, and report pipeline KPIs (MQLs, pipeline sourced/influenced, stage conversion, cost-per-opportunity) and communicate ROI to leadership.
•Architect and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid digital, field and virtual events, content syndication, and partner programs.
•Run ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization to eliminate underperforming efforts and build repeatable playbooks.
•Build and operate AI-powered demand workflows, including programmatic outbound, intent-based targeting, AI-personalized sequences, and automated nurture flows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing with a provable track record of driving pipeline.
•Experience running demand generation in an enterprise motion with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying.
•Hands-on paid media management across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, including budget ownership and ROI tracking.
•Strong analytics: build dashboards, define metrics, and make decisions using evidence, attribution models, and funnel reporting.
•Proficiency with GA4 and working knowledge of ABM/intent platforms (Pocus, Clay, UserGems), plus active experimentation with generative AI for campaign operations.
