Lead - Construction Project Manager

Lead end-to-end construction delivery of high-end DTC and B2B stores, showrooms, and workplaces, ensuring strict adherence to aggressive opening timelines and controlled budgets. Own project planning through handover, enforce separation between design sign-offs and construction, and supervise external PMs and general contractors for change orders, schedules, and cost. Partner with internal stakeholders, and drive process optimization with standardized reporting and post-project feedback loops as part of internal transformation.
