Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support and advise customers in make up, skin care, hair care, and fragrance departments based on beauty trends.
  • •Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships.
  • •Implement beauty classes and support the Beauty Hub, including development of team looks to support brands and trends.
  • •Ensure visual merchandising compliance, merchandise maintenance, and that the sales floor is fully stocked and prepared for sale.
  • •Operate cash register, carry out inventories, and support daily business including cleaning and warehousing/stocking.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months).
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department.
  • •Excellent communication skills with customers and mature experience in retail/consulting.
  • •Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
  • •Fluent in English or native language of the country.
