Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end pre- and post-closing servicing for complex loan structures, including ESOPs, healthcare, agribusiness, and real estate.
•Identify, resolve, and escalate risk/exceptions; communicate with management and the line of business.
•Maintain expert-level system knowledge to ensure data integrity and ongoing loan processing (boarding, maintenance, and documentation exceptions).
•Review and prepare documentation using Laser Pro Lending (LPL) and DocuSign, including pre-closing quality verification and fiduciary responsibilities.
•Book loans in LoanIQ, confirm collateral, coordinate funding/booking (wire callbacks and approvals), and support onsite collaboration, training, and mentoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead Service Officer role (or equivalent), preferably in banking or financial services.
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
•Proficiency in commercial loan documentation and closing.
•Strong understanding of commercial lending concepts, including risk/exceptions and judgment in complex situations.
•Proficiency with systems and document workflows, including LoanIQ and documentation/contract processes.
