Job Summary

Own end-to-end proposal logistics for multiple deals, including bid calendars, shared proposal sites, scheduling status meetings, and maintaining version-controlled deliverables. Review RFx requirements to draft first responses from the content repository and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, Finance). Partner with editors and graphic designers to produce on-brand, client-aligned proposal materials for final submission and oral presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle multiple deals and manage proposal logistics, including shared proposal sites, status meetings, version control, formatting consistency, and final submission preparation.
•Maintain a bid calendar/proposal development plan with ownership of deliverables and clarity on responsibilities and deadlines for pursuit team members.
•Review RFx documents for client requirements and populate the first draft response using content from the document repository.
•Raise risks to management when due dates or customer requirements are not met by the pursuit team to ensure compliant, professionally produced proposals.
•Create proposal/presentation materials for orals by coordinating with technical SMEs, finance, legal, sales lead, and collaborating with editors/graphic designers to align with brand guidelines.
