Key Responsibilities

  • •Design a 1–3 year business plan for the territory with tailored sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand geography.
  • •Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets, monitoring performance and driving actionable gap analysis.
  • •Build and lead a sales team through clear vision, coaching, performance management, and regular 1:1 reviews.
  • •Represent the organization externally with key stakeholders, build relationships to unlock opportunities, and acquire/deepen accounts.
  • •Ensure operational excellence by executing sales operations in line with timelines and company trading/terms policy, leveraging data for decisions and improvements.
