  • •Monitor and update Master Station Log and NOC/SOC displays; provide daily stand-up brief updates.
  • •Track and manage Critical/High/High-visibility incidents with timely escalation, stakeholder notification, and proper documentation; lead incident coordination and response per the Major Incident Plan.
  • •Maintain facility and security readiness, coordinate with IT Operations for notifications/reporting, audit PERSTAT records, and review/approve eMASS access requests in line with RMF and DoW guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent education, training, or experience accepted.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience in Watch Officer, IT operations, or related technical roles.
  • •Must have a minimum active Secret clearance at time of interview and maintain it.
  • •Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) prior to start, and obtain an additional computing environment certification within six months of hire.
  • •US citizenship required.
