Serve as a strategic HR business partner for a semiconductor-focused organization, aligning HR BU/function priorities to business strategy and changing needs. Diagnose organizational and talent challenges, design and implement change management, and develop talent pipelines across selection, assessment, development, and succession. Partner with executive leadership and HR COE/HR Ops to deliver data-driven initiatives using tools like Workday and a workforce dashboard, driving measurable workforce impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively shape HR BU/function strategies and priorities aligned to business strategy and changing needs, to execute strategy goals.
•Conduct organizational and talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipelines (selection, assessment, development, succession).
•Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the BU/function.
•Partner, coach, and develop executive leadership and management, including areas such as performance management and disciplinary actions.
•Leverage tools and systems (e.g., Workforce Dashboard, Workday) for analytics; partner with HR COE and HR Ops to deliver HR initiatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or technology-driven industries.
•Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
•Proven ability to partner with business leaders and drive organizational impact.
•Strong problem-solving skills with experience diagnosing issues and implementing effective HR solutions.
•Experience initiating and leading HR projects aligned with business priorities.
