PMC Project Controls Manager

Manage project controls for a portfolio of ADNOC projects, monitoring performance against cost, schedule, and business planning objectives. Lead business plan and budget preparation, oversee project assessments and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), and ensure compliance with project services and controls procedures. Own risk management, estimate confidence packages, and cost/schedule reporting while coordinating with engineering, construction, quality, and SHE&S teams. Direct financial reporting, contracting/procurement support, and information management requirements.
