Job Summary

Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for AI-powered experiences in Lightroom Mobile, including AI assistants, AI tools, and agentic workflows. Define roadmap and product direction in partnership with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Marketing, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through launch. Use user insights, data, and competitive analysis to prioritize opportunities, apply GenAI to improve outcomes, and deliver trustworthy, deeply integrated experiences for millions of creators.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the product vision and multi-year strategy for AI-powered experiences on Lightroom Mobile, including AI assistants, AI tools, and agentic workflows.
•Define and drive product direction, approach, and roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
•Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, balancing feasibility, design excellence, and business impact.
•Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution.
•Prioritize opportunities using user insights, data, and business goals; conduct market and competitive analysis to guide positioning and differentiation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,100 - 282,100 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, leading complex consumer mobile products from concept to scale.
•Experience in creative software, mobile applications, photography, imaging, or creator-focused products.
•Up-to-date understanding of Generative AI, advanced language processing models, agentic systems, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, or adjacent AI technologies.
•Proven ability to own large product areas, set long-term strategy, and drive execution across multiple teams and organizations.
•Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills.
