Key Responsibilities

  • •Process purchase orders daily, weekly, or monthly; transmit to suppliers and obtain confirmations within lead times.
  • •Monitor back orders and communicate forecast changes to suppliers; prepare budgets as per order schedules and recommendations.
  • •Perform risk of run-out analysis to ensure stock availability; plan and order parts for new models and obtain approvals per delegation of authority.
  • •Create Advance Shipping Notifications and provide data support for logistics to control inbounds and clearing documents; monitor logistics cost charges.
  • •Create dashboards for process monitoring, run kaizens/projects to reduce operational costs, and maintain system alerts and parameters to improve service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • •Experience in supply chain and inventory management, with strong understanding of inventory control.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office tools and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
