Job Summary

Embed within the People Team as a forward-deployed PM for People Innovation Labs, identifying high-leverage AI use cases across recruiting, HR, culture, talent, and company operations. Partner with subject matter experts to uncover workflow friction, prototype AI-native workflows using OpenAI tools and fast experimentation methods, and help colleagues adopt emerging patterns. Translate successful explorations into briefs and success criteria for durable products built by PIL engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as embedded product lead to identify, prototype, and scale high-impact AI use cases across recruiting, HR, culture, talent, and operations.
•Partner with People Team subject matter experts to understand workflows, uncover friction, and translate operational needs into AI-native solutions.
•Build, test, or shape lightweight AI prototypes using OpenAI tools, internal systems, and fast experimentation methods.
•Help the People Team adopt AI effectively by creating patterns, playbooks, examples, and lightweight enablement materials.
•Identify promising prototypes for durable productization and translate outcomes into briefs, requirements, success criteria, and engineering/design handoff plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 385,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management or technical product strategy, including AI enablement or similar hands-on execution roles.
•Strong product judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
•High AI fluency and curiosity about applying frontier models to real operational work.
•Ability to prototype, experiment, and learn quickly without overbuilding.
•Excellent stakeholder management and strong written communication/product documentation.
