Job Summary

Execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API products, ensuring requirements and technical designs are validated. Set up test environments, develop and run test cases, and identify, log, and track defects using JIRA. Provide meaningful feedback on specs and continuously suggest product enhancements based on usability and serviceability. Work in an Agile/Scrum setting, reporting test progress and troubleshooting issues with the QA lead and development teams.

•Execute manual and automated test cases to verify acceptance criteria and analyze results.
•Ensure products meet business needs by setting up test environments and developing and executing test cases.
•Identify, log, track, and report defects and issues, and verify resolution through JIRA.
•Review requirements and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
•Report on test cases, troubleshoot issues, and communicate potential impacts to the Senior QA Engineer Lead.

Key Requirements

•Experience performing manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
•Ability to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide timely feedback.
•At least 2-3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
•Strong knowledge of testing APIs using Postman and familiarity with user journey tests across product teams.
•Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
