Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and design of material solutions, process solutions, and optical solutions for tunable lenses.
•Collaborate with suppliers to complete NRE development, including technical selection and customized specification definition.
•Independently develop, assemble, and debug high-precision optical testing equipment.
•Integrate tunable lenses with XR headset overall solutions.
•Use FEA tools to solve multi-physics problems.

Key Requirements

•PhD in Physics, Electronics, Optics, Mechanics, Materials Science, or a related field.
•Practical experience in multi-physics simulation and finite element analysis.
•Strong foundations in geometric optics, including optical path setup, alignment, and debugging.
•Hands-on R&D experience in system-level optical design with strong troubleshooting skills.
