Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations at an accredited college/university.
  • •Anticipated graduation between December 2027 and August 2028; ready to start full-time work between January 2028 and June 2028.
  • •Validated academic excellence with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • •U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee due to U.S. export control laws.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and work proactively with little supervision in a highly matrixed environment.
