Job Summary

Lead high-impact Finance programmes across Group Finance, owning complex initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and scalability. Build cross-Finance alignment and drive change through structured change management, including impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption tracking. Partner with Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Risk & Controls, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to standardise, automate, and simplify finance processes while upholding compliance and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver significant, complex Finance projects and programmes across Group Finance, defining scope, success criteria, and delivery approach.
•Drive cross-Finance alignment and manage structured change, including impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption tracking.
•Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and simplify Finance processes by partnering with Finance and Product teams while ensuring compliance and controls.
•Establish programme governance and delivery discipline, leading planning, scheduling, and risk/issue management with clear reporting and follow-up.
•Use data and stakeholder alignment to resolve blockers, prioritise decisions, and track benefits realisation through measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 88,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experienced Programme Manager with credibility to tailor governance structures and controls to your environment.
•Recognised programme/portfolio management qualification and likely a project management qualification; change management qualification is a plus.
•Experience delivering programmes using tools like monday.com or Jira.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence across matrix structures and work across teams and functions.
•Experience working in Finance teams within high-growth, regulated environments, handling complexity for a global financial services platform.
