Job Summary

Develop and implement security strategies and risk assessments while monitoring systems for threats. Lead SOC operations across clients, supervise incident handling from detection through closure, and coordinate major incidents with IR, TI, and Engineering teams. Maintain SOC processes, escalation playbooks, and shift operations, and review major incident reports and client deliverables. Build SOC KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs to align with MSS objectives and drive service improvements.

•Lead day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence across clients.
•Supervise incident handling from detection to closure with timely escalation and resolution.
•Define and update SOC operational processes, escalation matrices, and playbooks.
•Oversee shift operations, analyst scheduling, and performance monitoring.
•Develop SOC KPIs/SLAs/SLOs and review major incident reports, RCAs, and client deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
•4–6 years of proven experience.
•Working knowledge of vulnerability management and security event & incident management (SIEM).
•Working knowledge of network security management tools.
•Excellent problem-solving/analytical and communication/interpersonal skills.
