Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, analyze, and optimize developing new part performance in the fab to improve quality and efficiency.
  • •Partner with engineering and operations teams to plan future product introductions and keep aligned on area issues, priorities, and projects.
  • •Set strategic and tactical plans for WIP, cycle time, and priority allocations in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • •Develop standard processes, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to convey project status and plan/track lot status.
  • •Use statistical analysis, what-if scenarios, and predictive modeling approaches to optimize fab performance metrics and recommend solutions to address gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Industrial System/Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor operations/manufacturing experience.
  • •Masters degree in a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant semiconductor operations/manufacturing experience.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes (capacity planning, automation, scheduling, cycle time, and manufacturing efficiency).
  • •Experience with SQL and analytics/BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, plus AI tools in the wafer fabrication process.
  • •Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving with strong ability to communicate analysis succinctly and actionably.
