Own the back-end operations that connect learning with technical support—administering Docebo (LMS) and Zendesk, managing course enrollment and access, and maintaining training tenant/lab environments. You’ll reset and decommission tenants after classes to control cost, audit knowledge base content for accuracy, and support daily workflow troubleshooting so learners have a seamless experience.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Administer Docebo (LMS) and Zendesk, optimizing user permissions, ticketing workflows, and system settings.
•Manage end-to-end training course enrollment and learner access provisioning.
•Maintain training tenant and lab environments using AWS and CloudShare, including resetting and decommissioning after classes.
•Audit and steward knowledge base articles for accuracy, formatting, and relevance with subject matter experts.
•Support Training and Support teams with daily administrative troubleshooting and workflow support to prevent user journey logjams.

Key Requirements

•Highly attention to detail, able to spot issues like broken links or expired permissions quickly.
•Process-oriented mindset with a drive to create checklists and improve repetitive tasks (e.g., tenant resets).
•Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical support and training/education teams.
•Hands-on experience with Docebo and Zendesk is preferred.
•Familiarity with cloud-based training environments such as AWS and CloudShare (and ideally Google Cloud/Heropa).
