Deliver personalized client service by having in-person and phone financial conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Open and maintain consumer and business deposit products, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards, and process consumer and small business loan requests. Strengthen client relationships through outbound engagement, provide teller support as needed, and identify referral opportunities across Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management while using 360 View to document activity.
