Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operational execution of Agile methodology across all task orders within the IDIQ PMO.
  • •Guide adoption and consistent application of Agile/SAFe practices, including program-level constructs (ART cadence, PI planning rhythm, definitions of ready/done).
  • •Facilitate or coach program-level Agile/SAFe ceremonies (quarterly planning, system demos, inspect & adapt, scrum of scrums) and monitor program schedules.
  • •Define and maintain Agile/SAFe metrics across task orders, ensuring transparent visibility into progress, risks, and impediments via dashboards and reviews.
  • •Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, tech leads, and team members; manage cross-team impediments and align Agile delivery with contract and technical architecture requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and ability to obtain/maintain it.

  • •5+ years leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement strategic initiatives.
