Job Summary

Provide timely, efficient service for client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling cash and related processes. Deliver an exceptional client experience by uncovering needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to assist sales and service activities and comply with internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures.

•Complete client transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper handling of monies and records.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
